People Mastery is a source of knowledge, growth, and exploration for me in a safe space. It’s about practical information sharing and building relevant skills needed in people management. It encourages a desire for growth in new and experienced professionals. I love posing questions in the community about live situations being faced and obtaining timely responses applicable in real-life settings and building our knowledge banks for future situations. This is my favourite aspect of the program. 

 I am delighted to be a part of the People Mastery mentorship program. Over the past year, we focused on a different topic each month, allowing me to develop personally and professionally. What I enjoy most about the program is hearing professionals who specialise in the subject share their points of view. 

 I especially enjoy being part of a community of professionals who are all at different stages in their careers and who all contribute meaningfully, allowing for the community’s members to learn. I particularly like the practical sessions offered. People Mastery is not only theoretically driven but highly practical and relevant, especially in my capacity as a Human Resources Coordinator.
